Mint Herringbone Mug

Wheelthrown mug made of brown stoneware clay. When the mug is leather hard the design is hand carved. The inside and top rim of the mug is glazed in a slightly translucent white glaze while the outside is glazed in mint green with a finish that is soft to the touch. The glaze is speckled due to the manganese in the clay body.
